Getting and building the game power-ups assets and pick up system

The list of power-ups is:

• Wrench: Gives health to the tank
• Red Plus Sign: Gives health to the player character
• Green Arrows: Gives Speed to the tank
• Rockets: Changes the current rocket that is being launched to the rocket picked up
